Strata Bands exists because the gear shouldn’t be the excuse.

We started Strata Bands in 2022 because every resistance band we bought either snapped inside three months, rolled up mid-rep, or came in an inconsistent tension that made tracking progression impossible. Coaches, home-gym owners, physical therapists — the feedback was the same.

So we rebuilt the category from the latex up. Higher-grade rubber, reinforced seams on our fabric glute line, color-coded tension that matches across every product family, and a full 30-day “no questions asked” promise because we knew what we were shipping.
