Effective date: April 2026. By accessing stratasbands.store or purchasing any product, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products & pricing

We reserve the right to modify prices, product availability, and promotional terms at any time without prior notice. In the case of a pricing error, we may cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.

2. Order acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock limitations.

3. Use of site

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to scrape content, or to interfere with the site’s operation. All trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Strata Bands.

4. Product use & safety

Resistance bands are training equipment. Inspect your band before every use for signs of wear. Do not use a band that shows tears, nicks, or stress lines. If in doubt, email support — we’ll replace it. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strata Bands’s liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the state where Strata Bands is registered.
