Returns & Refunds

We’re confident in our gear. If a Strata Band product doesn’t meet your expectations, we want to make it right.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be in resaleable condition (unused or lightly used) and returned in original packaging when possible.

How to start a return

1. Email support@stratasbands.store with your order number.
2. We’ll send a prepaid return label within one business day.
3. Drop the package at any USPS location.
4. Once received (typically 3–7 days), we refund to the original payment method within 2 business days.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong resistance level, email us and we’ll send the correct band before you ship the original back.

Manufacturing defects

Our bands carry a 1-year manufacturing warranty. If a band snaps, tears, or loses tension within 12 months from purchase under normal use, we’ll replace it free of charge.

Exclusions

Customized, personalized, or clearly-worn items are not eligible for return. Gift cards are non-refundable.
