Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends are processed the following business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Delivery estimates

Standard shipping (3–5 business days): $6.99 — free over $79
Expedited (2–3 business days): $14.99
Priority overnight: $34.99 (order by noon EST)

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking updates typically take 12–24 hours to show movement after the initial scan.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@stratasbands.store within 14 days of the delivery date and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.

International orders
